Schools
The School Executive Division works with a range of schools, agencies and national programmes recruiting Headteachers, School Directors and Managers, both those emerging from the classroom and those who are working outside of education, but who can bring transferable skills to a demanding policy and delivery agenda.
Further Education
The FE executive division specialises in recruiting College Leaders, Heads of Department and Curriculum managers to many of the agencies driving the way forward within vocational education.
Education Futures is well connected within post-16 education and NVQ/ GNVQ education sectors. We have built strong networks within the sector and throughout the UK which enables us to work effectively with colleges, sector skills councils, and others delivering the skills agenda.
Higher Education
Education Futures are a rapidly growing within the field of higher education executive search.
We work with a wide range of Universities, pre and post 92 institutions, and are developing a reputation in higher education through our searches for senior management, academic leaders and support function directors.
This includes supporting the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education and the Association of Business Schools’.
